I save you more than I cost you
Hard-nosed negotiation with local artisans, clear quotes and fair prices.
Luberon Owner Representative
On-the-ground property representation, project and claim management, cost negotiation and rental advice for owners who love Provence but live elsewhere.

Restoring a Bastide, a Mas or a Village House, the goal is the same:
Traditional materials. Honest craftsmanship. Preserve the soul and charm of Provence.

My value
When you hire me, you hire my memory of your house, my local relationships and my willingness to drive to your village at midnight. That depth of attention does not scale.
Hard-nosed negotiation with local artisans, clear quotes and fair prices.
Peace of mind when you are 3,000 miles away — with someone accountable on the ground.
French artisan nuance translated into written quotes, fixed timelines and dependable callbacks.
Services
Clear scope and pricing, agreed before work begins. Complexity and property standing determine the final fee.
Permits, sourcing and vetting artisans, quote negotiation, work oversight, and final acceptance — including a complete snag list.
8–12%

Claims arising from defective work, French administration or neighbours, including mediation and representation.

Day to day house maintenance booking/negotiation with artisans as necessary, liaison with tax, water and electricity authorities, home insurance...
Tailored flat fee
Per month
Regulatory filings, registration, pool and insurance compliance, rental-readiness audit to identify what would trigger a bad review or a refund demand, three quotes per item to be replaced or repaired, and seasonal pricing advice.
€800–€3,000

The territory
Across the Luberon from Manosque to Cavaillon, and Pertuis to Lagarde-d’Apt. A deliberately local practice, built on proximity.

About me
I am a dual French and Australian citizen, an incurable renovation lover — happiest with a devis in one hand and a sanding block in the other.
I live here, school run and all, in the Parc du Luberon. Behind the DIY sits more than ten years in construction contract management, negotiation and legal expertise — including contract management on the ITER construction project.
I have renovated my own Luberon house and faced the roof, the fosse septique and the artisan who stops returning calls. None of it is theoretical. I know how a devis should be written, how a contract should be enforced, and where a project quietly goes wrong.
I am building a trusted artisan and supply-chain service across the Luberon: one contact, fluent in both cultures, fighting for a fair price and a finished standard on your behalf.
